This is the place I write about things going on with me and how I feel and what I am thinking about, also about what I am up to. Well yesterday I had group down in SLC that I go to once a month, it help me with some of the things I am dealing with. Any way it was a nice warm day yesterday and I had made a appt. to get my nail redone with a friend, so I went to that. Tracy the person that has been doing them for almost a year now just moved to a new place in SLC. I must say I love this new place that she in and wish her the best.
